    • Customized products, including scissor lifts, goods lifts, and dock levellers, are non-refundable once production has started.

  3. Pricing

    • All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed do not include shipping fees, which will be calculated at the time of checkout.
    • Prices may vary depending on product specifications, customization, and order volume.

  4. Payment Terms

    • Payments must be made in full before the dispatch of the products unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
    • We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other methods as listed on the website.

  5. Shipping and Delivery

    • Delivery times are estimates and subject to change based on availability, location, and customization.
    • Standard products follow typical delivery timelines, while customized items such as scissor lifts, goods lifts, and dock levellers may require extended delivery times.
    • Hunter Equipments does not offer free delivery.

  6. Returns and Cancellations

    • Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged products within 7 days of delivery.
    • Customized products are non-refundable unless they are found to be defective.
    • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation requests may be denied.

  7. Warranty

    • All products come with a 1-year standard manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified.
    • The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, incorrect operation, or unauthorized modifications.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    • Hunter Equipments will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
    • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product.

  9. Intellectual Property

    • All content, images, and branding on the website are the intellectual property of Hunter Equipments and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

  10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
