Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product meets our quality standards, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract within 15 days of delivery, provided the purchase was made online or at a distance.
To maintain the right to cancel, the customer must ensure the product is returned in its original condition. If the equipment is damaged or faulty without the customer’s fault, the right to cancel is still valid. Unpacking or testing the product to check its functionality will not affect the customer’s ability to request a refund, even if there is a slight reduction in the product's value.
The product will not be accepted for return if any of the following components are missing:
- Fully equipped product as originally supplied
- Receipt proving the purchase from Hunter Equipments
- Service department report detailing any defects
